Signing a PDF in Windows can be a hassle, but with the instructions in this guide, you should be able to do it easily and save or share the document with others. No need to print, fax, or mail the document. Each of these tools has features that allow you to create, edit, convert, sign, and even export your PDF file without effort. Some of the popular tools include SmallPDF, Nitro Pro, or Foxit Reader. Select Send for Signature from the menu Modern Interface The classic menu structure is slightly different: 1. If signing a PDF file in Windows using Adobe Reader or DocuSign sounds complicated, there are several online solutions you can use to electronically or digitally sign PDFs. Open the PDF document or form that you want to sign. Sign in if youre already a subscriber to use Acrobat online tools. Once every other recipient has signed, each one will receive a copy of the signed document. iPhone and iPad: Open the PDF attachment in Mail, then click Markup and Reply to sign. Mac: Open the PDF in Preview, click the Toolbox button, then click Sign. Windows: Open the PDF in Adobe Reader and click the Fill & Sign button in the right pane.
